Pictures and Movies from the 2008 Annual Family Picnic
About one hundred and seventy alumni, their family members and friends attended this event, held in Alta Loma Park, South San Francisco, California on Sunday, August 10, 2008. We had a wonderful time making new friends and renewing their friendship with one another. This picnic saw some new faces. These new alumni joined our event for the first time. Needless to say, this was a clear indication that Wan Hua Alumni Association is gaining popularity among the San Francisco Bay Area's Wan Hua alumni, and the association is growing.
Many participants sang and danced under the sun. Lunch, among others, consisted of biryani, barbeque chicken, vegetable curry, bei byoke si-ta-min, pig's hand stew, samosa, tofu thoke, bayar kyaw, spring rolls, moke-kywe-the, cassava, honey dew, water melon. A good time was had by all.
