CACS's main basketball court. The frequently-talked-about durian tree is on the right. The lamp on the left was installed to light up the court when basketball games were held in the evenings. There was a concrete water tank at the corner room on the third floor where a student is seen looking out the window. The room underneath was occupied by Lawrence who lived there while he was going to medical school. Lawrence is an orphan brought up by Father Danis. This picture was taken on July 24, 1959.

Unpaved Wan Hua basketball court. Once upon a time, annual Chiang Kai-Shek Cup basketball tournament was held here. For many years, our Association's predecessor "WANYOU" had been the tournament's champion team. Our fellow alumni Min Sein and Yang Ming Kong were the star players. The tournament was later moved to St. Anthony Boys' School.

The building overlooking Mission Road and railroad tracks. The ground floor was divided into 3 rooms with rattan walls. They served as classrooms during the day and served as study rooms for boarding students in the evening. It was pretty hard to study in these rooms in the evening because of the blood-sucking mosquitoes trying to bite our hands and legs. Those who talked to each other would be hit in the butt with a cane by monitors. At the strike of 8 o'clock, boarding students left these rooms to go to bed on the 3rd floor in the adjacent building.
